- Orange, fluorescent slushy-like drinks have more calories than something simpler.
- Fewer add-ins = fewer calories.
- Lower alcohol = lower calories.
- Wine is better than Coke.- just saying.
Just for fun, here are some drink friendly activities that burn 100 calories for the average female:
- Throw darts for 38 minutes
- Dance for 20 minutes
- Play 13 hands of poker
- Laugh for 25 minutes
- Drink too much? – walk home – 15 minutes
- Bike home – 10 minutes
- Play guitar 31 minutes (and you don’t even have to be good)
- Give a massage – 24 minutes
- One hour of amorous activity
- Nap for 94 minutes
